Greenland has become a major geopolitical issue between the United States, Europe, Russia, and China due to its geographical location and mineral resources. Its geopolitical destiny will have significant ecological consequences for the entire planet.

Greenland is the land of all paradoxes. The largest island in the world, with its 2.2 million square kilometers covered 80% by ice, is also one of the least densely populated territories on Earth, with barely 57,000 inhabitants. Mainly living off fishing, tourism, and Danish subsidies, yet sitting on a potential treasure of... We are talking about 25% of the world's hydrocarbon reserves, the third-largest uranium reserves, and 20% of rare earths... An icy Eldorado that today sparks all sorts of ambitions. Greenland has become one of the hotspots where the future of our multipolar world is being shaped. This is what the film will explore, addressing both its economic and commercial challenges, as well as its geo-ecological and military implications.

Climate change is another quieter but just as devastating pandemic hitting workers around the world. An investigation on the impact of global warming on pre-existing inequalities, creating new social boundaries between those who can protect themselves from the climate crisis and those who cannot.

As expected, the first to be affected by this new climatic burden are already disadvantaged workers: those who work outside or in non-air-conditioned places, relying more on physical strength. They are farmers, construction workers, deliverymen, factory workers... Global warming therefore only accentuates pre-existing inequalities, and creates new social boundaries between those who can protect themselves from the climate crisis and those who cannot.

A unique documentary at the heart of ongoing investigations into child sexual abuse, with key players and experts in cybercrime. Every day, millions of sexual predators and offenders log on to the Internet, while children are spending an increasing amount of time online.

In 2021, it was estimated that 85 million photos and videos depicting children being raped had been posted worldwide, most of them involving children under the age of 13 (some of them were infants). This phenomenon takes place not that far away from us and it's far from being something abstract too; it's a growing global threat that affects all children and teenagers. It is a global, cross-border phenomenon that questions the transformation of a society in the digital age. Presented as a detective story, this program aims to shed light on the workings that we never see, to look at the violent reality. Thanks to unprecedented access, viewers will be immersed in the day-to-day work of French, German, American, Canadian, Filipino and British agents, who received special training in undercover work. Interrogation techniques, understanding the defendant's psychology, setting up an arrest operation when they're caught in the act, court appearances....

At the very heart of the uprising in Iran, this investigation closely follows current events and goes over the multiple stages of this political revolution, by giving voice to actors of the movement and opponents who are in exile. The outcome is unknown, but people are fighting for a peaceful democracy and the end of the theocratic regime.

The current uprising in Iran has all the makings of a nascent revolution. After Mahsa Amini's death while she was held in custody by the morality police on September 16, 2022, the Iranian population spontaneously took the streets to express their opposition to the Mullahs' regime. In public, some women removed their hijab, a symbol of oppression. In doing so, they called for civil disobedience. They've started a movement followed by young women. And they have the support of men. These women are fighting back, despite the repression. They're using social media to make sure their opposition to the regime is heard. Generation Z is educated, open to the world, and has undergone a demographic transition. They are the driving force behind an unprecedented national uprising. Young people are joined by their parents and grandparents. They are rising up against the oppression they have been facing for decades, and the economic crisis that is crushing them. Their struggle mirrors the historical struggles of the Kurdish and Baluchi minorities. The revolt is spreading throughout the country: protests, strikes, barricades... On the other side, fierce repression intensifies. The demonstrators want to put an end to the theocratic regime. They're hoping for a peaceful democracy that would break the regional power games.

Since the start of its offensive in Ukraine, and to compensate for the loss of a large part of the European market as a result of heavy Western sanctions, Moscow has turned its attention eastwards.

Today, China has become a partner of choice and the main buyer of its natural resources, particularly Russian gas. The bulk of deliveries are made via Siberia and its 3,000 km of pipelines, which carry this gas to China. Yet most Russians who live near these huge pipes do not benefit from this source of energy, let alone the wealth that comes with it.
A team of Russian journalists went to meet these Siberian inhabitants, to see the impact of war on their daily lives. This thousand-kilometer road movie, all the way to the Chinese border, gives a voice to Russians of all generations, torn between a feeling of abandonment and the hope of a better life.

On the high plateaux of Bolivia, the country's second largest lake, Lake Poopó, has just disappeared, dried up and transformed into a salt desert. The consequences are already far-reaching for the surrounding populations and local biodiversity.

At an altitude of 3,700 metres, on the windswept, sun-drenched Altiplano, the Urus Muratos - the oldest ethnic group in the Andes - lived on its shores.
The lake was the center of the world for this water people. Thanks to the lake, the Urus fed on fish and birds that nested in the reeds. Their beliefs are linked to water, and they continue to venerate the lake's divinity in the offerings they make in August. In their language, "Poopó" means navel.
A slow, silent disappearance, out of sight. The cause of this ecological disaster lies not only in global warming, but also in the detour of tributaries for agricultural purposes and overmining.
The last of the Urus watch, powerless and resigned, as their world comes to an end. How can they continue to be the people of water when there is no more water?

Located 80 kilometers as the crow flies from the border with Israel, Beirut, on the bangs of the fierce war being waged by the Hebrew state and Hamas in the Palestinian enclave of Gaza, is watching the situation with concern.

In the middle of the night, on the beaches of Senegal, silhouettes climb aboard pirogues with a few belongings and some food for a grueling week-long crossing.

These men, women and children embark, often armed only with a compass, on one of the world's most dangerous migratory routes to the Spanish archipelago of the Canaries.
Some tragedies do not erase the desire to escape. Since the beginning of the year, more than 23,000 migrants have arrived clandestinely on this Spanish archipelago, a record...
Among the passengers, many Senegalese fishermen are trying their utmost in the hope of a better life. While artisanal fishing used to support one in five Senegalese, fish is becoming increasingly scarce due to competition from industrial trawlers.
Senegal has signed fishing agreements with the European Union, but has also dubiously awarded licenses to Chinese vessels. As a result, fishermen no longer have the means to support their families and are leaving the country in droves, swelling the ranks of would-be exodus candidates.

In north-west Syria, on the border with Turkey, the Al-Nouri camp is home to blind civilians.

While some of them are blind from birth, the majority were injured during the bombing raids that ravaged their home regions. In the narrow streets, Braille signs help them to find their way around. Here, everything is done to make their lives easier.
On a daily basis, they work, look after their loved ones, play sports, checkers... Together, they try to survive despite their handicap, in a region still ravaged by war. All the more so as the bombardments by Bashar al Assad's army and its Russian ally continue in the region.
But does this voluntary isolation from the rest of society suit everyone here? How do they perceive the war with their other senses? Our team met Sahar, Ayman, Abu Mahmoud and Yazan, all displaced from their hometowns in the rebel enclave of Idleb.
